BIOGRAPHY
Pat Love, Ed.D., a graduate of West Virginia University, began her career as a counselor educator at Texas A & M University, Commerce, in marriage and family therapy. She went on to co-found the Austin Family Institute, where she continued to train, supervise, write and lecture. She is also a charter faculty member of the Institute for Imago Relationship Therapy.
Love has published several articles and has co-authored three books, including the popular Hot Monogamy. She writes a column in Notorious Magazine and has contributed chapters to The Intimate Couple and Handbook for the Soul. She has been interviewed by many magazines, including Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Lears, Woman's Day, Men's Health, Ladies Home Journal, Good Housekeeping, New Woman, Men's Magazine, New York Times Magazine and Reader's Digest.
Love has appeared on every major talk show, including eight appearances on Oprah Winfrey and 13 appearances on NBC's Today Show. She also does frequent radio and online interviews.
